Integrative Massage
An intergrative massage that utilizes a number of massage approaches such as: European Massage, Deep Tissue, Accupressure, or Reflexology. This combination approach to bodywork is individualized to meet the client's appropriate needs. Helps to reduce tension, increase circulation, and induce relaxation.

Soft Tissue Release
This invigorating approach break up fibrotic tissue in order to return muscle to its original resting length through quick stretch and release movements. It is a powerful injury treatment based on European Osteopathy to insure faster recovery rates for athletes. Not for the weak of heart.

Myopathic Muscular Therapy
A technique that reduces inflammation and pain, restores circulation and motion, and is does without the use of oil or lotion. Muscular manipulation is used to accomplish progressive relaxation in muscles that have residual tension from strain, injury, or infection from declining health. Gentle and effective -- a minimum of three sessions are recommended for best results.

Muscle Energy Technique
A direct, non-evasive manual therapy used to normalize joint dysfuntion and increase range of motion. Your therapist will evaluate the primary area of dysfuntion and the place the affected joint in precise positions while working with the client to perform gentle isometric contractions. No oils or lotions necessary.

Raindrop Therapy
Nine different therapeutic essential oils are lightly applied and massaged along the spine to attack dormant bacteria and viruses. This treatment will relax the muscles, restore energy, and refreshes the client with antioxidant and bio-electrical frequenceies.

Salt Glow Exfoliation Treatment
A blend of natural salts in minerals, Jojoba oil, and essential oils are massaged over the body to gently polish away excess dry skin. Session is finished with a moisurizing treatment leaving you feeling silky smooth.

Spa Mud Wrap
This treatment relaxes and detoxifies the body while hydrating the skin. It begins with a full body exfoliating scrub, followed by a rich green sea mud masque that relaxes you in a cocoon of wamth while you receive a face treatment, scalp, and foot massage. An application of moisturizing body lotion brings a refreshing finish. For a complimenting service, try the Hot Oil Scalp Treatment.

Aloe Vera Wrap
An excellent treatment for sun damaged skin. Aloe vera helps to improve skin tone, ease bunrs or skin irritations, and it is an immune booster. The session is identitical to the mud wrap treatment with the exception of exchanging the sea mud for aloe vera.

Parafango Wrap with Exfoliation
A combination of sea mud and paraffin wax creates a microsauna around your body helping to reduce weight, conquer cellulite, and tone the skin. The thermal effect opens pores for the elimination of toxins from fat cells and to stimulate fluid eliminatin. Areas addressed are thighs, buttocks, hips, and/or abdomen. Six to ten treatments are recommended for long-lasting results.

Loofa Mitts or Dry Brush provide stimulating removal of dull/aging cellular debris, stimulates good skin circulation, helps to eliminate toxin buildup, and provides a glowing muscle tone.
Hot Oil Scalp Treatment
Heated Jojoba oil is infused with essential oils and massaged into the scalp.
